Recital Room Rental
Minimum: $250 per 2 hours, $125 per hour after 2 hours

A deposit for 50% of the complete fee for the event is required to reserve the space

Cancellation: To receive a full refund of the deposit, cancellation notice must be given at least 14 days before the date of the event.
Rental Includes:

Recital room with a beautiful Steinway grand piano

Seating for up to 50 guests

Practice Room Rental
Minimum: $60 per hour

Payment of 100% of the complete fee is required to reserve the space

Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellation notice must be given at least 36 hours prior to the practice session

Practice Room with baby grand piano or a set of grand pianos
